Accepted Methods of Payment. We prefer Pay Pal. We hope to accept Visa and MasterCard in the near future.
We will accept money orders. Shipping will be delayed until payment has been received in the mail. An email will be sent when package is on its way.
We will not accept any personal checks, We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Shipping Time and Methods. Item(s) will be shipped within 2 to 7 business days. Some items are in supply, however the majority of the items will be shipped from the manufacturer. Products will be shipped using the best method possible. It is recommended that packages be insured against loss, theft, and damage.
Cancellations. Cancellation should be received within 24 hours of ordering, and before item(s) are shipped. Once an item(s) shipped, please refer to the return policy below.

Damaged Shipments. Items that are damaged during shipping must be handled by the shipping carrier. It is recommended that insurance be carried on all items shipped by mail. Keep all the packing until you are satisfied with your purchase If you must call the carrier to return the damaged shipment is best to have all original packing when filing a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the package carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. We offer to you confidence in the quality of each piece, which has a "lifetime guarantee" against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a product appears to have a defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions to return. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Refunds and Return Merchandise Policy. You have 15 days from the ship date to request a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on ALL non-defective merchandise. If not requested before the 15 days, a refund will not be issued. You must email the refund request to refund@blackhillsgoldbyme.com. Please write "RETURN" in the subject field. A return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be emailed to you.
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Once the item(s) are received by our return department a refund will be issued.
We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for a package returned without a Return Authorization Number or refuse with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
